Clean as a Whistle Floor Care can not guarantee that we can remove all stains on cleaning. Some stains e.g. from permanent dyes, acids, etc. may be permanent.

We will only warrant claims with respect to the workmanship of the services provided.

We are not responsible for a pre-existing condition that is not apparent on visual inspection, e.g. dyes not set properly in manufacture, overstretched carpet, sun damage, water or solvent soluble backing material, loose or chipped tiles, missing grout.
